Manage your personal Apphud account and your organizations — profile and security, plan and billing, team and permissions, and ownership transfer.

The Account & Organization section covers everything about your personal Apphud account and the organizations you belong to.

Apphud has two layers: your personal account (name, email, password, and security) and the organization (apps, team, subscription, and billing). You can belong to multiple organizations and switch between them at any time — your personal info stays the same across all of them.

In this section:

  • Organizations — what an organization is, how to create or switch between them, and organization-level settings (logo, name, S2S API keys, analytics cache, etc.).
  • Plan and Billing — your subscription plan, MTR usage, payment method, invoices, add-ons, and referrals.
  • Profile settings — your personal account: name, login email, password, two-factor authentication, passkeys, communication preferences, and active sessions.
  • Team and permissions — invite teammates, assign organization roles (Owner / Administrator / User), and configure per-app permissions.
  • Transfer ownership — hand the whole organization to another member, or move a single app to a different organization.
  • Access recovery — reset a forgotten password and regain access to your account.
