Data Platforms
Apphud integrates with customer data platforms (CDPs) — you can send Apphud subscription and purchase events into your CDP as standard tracking calls, then fan them out to every downstream destination the CDP supports without writing custom code per tool.
How data-platform integrations work in Apphud
Data-platform integrations are one-way (Apphud → CDP). Apphud forwards trial, subscription, renewal, refund, and purchase events to the CDP's source, where they appear alongside your in-app product events. The CDP then handles forwarding to your downstream destinations (analytics tools, data warehouses, marketing platforms, etc.).
Setup typically requires:
- Configuring authentication credentials (Write Key, Source key, etc.) on the Apphud integration page.
- Matching User IDs between Apphud and the CDP where applicable.
See the Integrations overview for shared concepts (Connection, Source, Environment, Revenue, Filters, Events) used on every integration page.
Available data-platform integrations
- Segment — events sent as Segment
trackandidentifycalls; fan out to any Segment destination. - Server-to-server Webhooks - — push events to your own backend.
