Access Recovery

If you’ve forgotten your Apphud Account password, follow these steps to reset it and restore access:

1. Go to the Apphud login page https://app.apphud.com/
2. Click on "Forgot Password?" below the login fields

3. In the opened window, enter the email address associated with your Apphud account and submit the form by clicking on "Send instructions" button.

4. Check your inbox for an email titled "[Action Required] Reset your Apphud password."
   If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

5. Copy the 6-digit code provided in the email.
   Paste the code into the "Code from email" field on the password reset screen.

6. Enter a new password to "Create a new password" field. Ensure your password contains at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters and numbers. Click "Update password".
