Messengers

Send subscription events to your favorite messengers and get real-time notifications when your users start trial, convert to paying customers, renew or cancel their subscription.

Apphud delivers real-time subscription event notifications to your team's messaging tools — see trials, renewals, refunds, cancellations, and billing issues land in your Slack channel or Telegram chat the moment they happen, without anyone logging into Apphud.

How messenger integrations work in Apphud

Messenger integrations are one-way alerts (Apphud → messenger). Apphud posts subscription event notifications to a Slack channel or Telegram chat/topic via an inbound webhook or a bot — there's no SDK to install and nothing to receive back.

Setup typically requires:

  • Creating an incoming webhook (Slack) or starting a chat with @ApphudBot (Telegram) to obtain a delivery target.
  • Pasting the webhook URL or Chat ID into the Apphud integration page.
  • Selecting which Apphud events to forward and (optionally) applying filters so only relevant alerts reach the channel.

See the Integrations overview for shared concepts (Connection, Source, Environment, Filters, Events) used on every integration page.

Available messenger integrations

  • Slack — incoming webhook to a Slack channel; username and channel name configurable.
  • Telegram@ApphudBot in a chat, channel, or channel topic; multiple integrations and per-event filters supported.
