Slack

The Slack integration posts Apphud subscription event notifications to your team's Slack channel via an incoming webhook — see trials, renewals, refunds, and cancellations land in real time without leaving your chat.

How to Add Integration?

Step 1 - Preparations in Slack

Add an incoming webhook in your Slack workspace and copy the Webhook URL it generates.

Step 2 - Authentication

In Apphud, open Connections → Integrations (the All or Messengers tab). Click Add Connection for Slack and choose a Source in the pop-up.

Enter:

• Webhook URL (required) — the URL copied in Step 1.
• Username — the name shown in notifications.
• Channel — the target Slack channel name.

Step 3 - Additional Configuration

Environment

Configure generic Environment settings as described on Integrations overview → Configuration tab.

Step 4 - Set up filters (optional)

Navigate to Filters tab. Set up filters if needed as described on Integrations overview → Filters tab.

Step 5 - Set up Events list

Open the Events tab of the configuration. Disable events you don't need.

Step 6 - Test connection (optional)

Save the connection. To send a test event click on Test connection and follow the general flow.

Step 7 - Enable and save

Make sure Enable this integration is checked and click Save.
